Card 4: Steps to help you move forward froths trauma (you may want to pull more than 3 cards)

Card 5: An empowering/loving message from your high self.

Feel free to modify this spread to fit your needs. Pull as many cards as your wish. This has been such a powerful spread to work with! You can use this spread however you wish. Let me now if you try this out, or any thoughts you may have on this.
